Pre-Production: Logistical Elements

I filled in my timetables on days that appear to have okay weather which can be seen above, I'm also able to go to after college as it's not too late or dark. With my editing days, I have time to start editing picture taken on the days before hand, leaving me time to take others and not have too much work on my hands. Below I have added in places i want to go to for my photos, making it more clear of where i am willing to go to. I choose these places as they all have something to do with health, parks and gyms allow us to do exercise, libraries allow us to read books on dietary and supermarkets allow us to go in and choose the food we are going to be having for our diets. The studio was an add on for photos with my main cover. Since the weather has changed drastically, I moved my outdoor days on both Thursday and Saturday to see

My resource list has two different sections for things I will be needing to take photos and another for props that will be used for the images/models. For the books and leaflets I will be using them for my library photos, Umbrella can be used for park pictures to show even if it's raining you can still manage to get around it and still be able to do some sort of exercise if wanting to get out the house for free. Gym equipment will be seen already in the gym so others using it I will be able to have pictures with them posing with them. Trolleys and food can be seen in the supermarket making the pictures more realistic for those choosing their food out for their diets.

I planned out a risk assessment of things that could possibly happen in the shoots, making it easier for me to test and avoid these from happening for my crew. With this as well I can warn my crew beforehand to make sure they don't cause any damage to themselves. I explained possibilities that could happen on the different sets. As well as adding in weather concerns that could possibly happen on the days making me be able to work around them and going on different days.
Here is what my personnel list looks like so far, I have left spaces blank as i will be asking people around me to be able to be my models in the pictures but blurring their faces if not comfortable. So far, I have one promised model for my front cover and I who will be editing, taking the photos and organizing the events.

I have printed out some copies of this form for my contributors to sign to have evidence or approval from them to participate in my campaign photo taken. Basically, having them sign for their agreements for them to be in the pictures, let me edit things out, having their final say, not allowing any copywriting scandals and agreeing with the 1988 act.
This is my location release to make sure with private property's that it is okay to take pictures on their property and use them for my ads. This is also to have their approval on their terms and how many hours i am able to take up within the place as well as a fee to pay for my time there.
