Pre-production, Creative Elements

 FLAT PLAN

I set a design I felt really suited the audience as well as the theme I was going for, making it easier to identify each individual point whether it'd be the background, information or images but also to seem crowded in a way. As this is just a layout of what my front cover will look like I decided it was best to wait to add colour as no images or possible backgrounds were taken.

FEEDBACK: Erin Usher- I think from the draft it can be seen simple but will be eye catching to the audience and have useful information.

Here my design for my magazine can be seen completely different, aiming for me to continue showing favourite groups/bands off , giving the musical side but also the portrait photo my audience seemed to have their eye caught too most.

FEEDBACK: Erin Usher- This looks very professional and would catch my attention when seeing it in the shop.

INSPIRATION

For my inspiration I wanted to mainly talk about the images used, this will base what colour scheme will be planned. All photos are to create a sensation of calmness but also can be all eye catching and has so much depth to take a moment to look at. Creating audiences to take their focus on my front cover and feel inspired by the art work taken maybes leading them to want to give it ago.

For the magazine inspiration I thought that it's be best to also add in portrait photos since my audience tend to like that as well. Leaving my design to have both music and personal portrait images for my audience to enjoy.
