Pre-Production: Logistical Elements

Image
I filled in my timetables on days that appear to have okay weather which can be seen above, I'm also able to go to after college as it's not too late or dark. With my editing days, I have time to start editing picture taken on the days before hand, leaving me time to take others and not have too much work on my hands. Below I have added in places i want to go to for my photos, making it more clear of where i am willing to go to. I choose these places as they all have something to do with health, parks and gyms allow us to do exercise, libraries allow us to read books on dietary and supermarkets allow us to go in and choose the food we are going to be having for our diets. The studio was an add on for photos with my main cover. Since the weather has changed drastically, I moved my outdoor days on both Thursday and Saturday to see   My resource list has two different sections for things I will be needing to take photos and another for props that will be used for the image...

Pre-production, Creative Elements

Image
This is my final designs for my leaflet, showing a clear flat plan as well as an analysation of the model that will appear on the front cover. While reading other posters or front covers the NHS had produced, I decided to add on a quote aiming towards the topic spoken about inside (losing weight.) With the addition of the nurse this would hopefully create a feeling of maturity and reassurance from the NHS themselves. I wanted a design that give the feeling of support from the workers, creating this feeling I want my audience to be able to have the courage of asking for help and to go into their doctors and not feel ashamed for doing so.  Looking at the NHS 'better health' tv adverts I had an understanding that their script appeared very repetitive and wanted to do something different, I had chosen a song that has a catchy beat in the background as well as an addition of a catchy first line, this way I hope to be able to intrigue my audience as soon as they hear my advert. Project rational

lola docherty- pitch presentation on the better health campaign/ NHS - YouTube In my pitch I had explained what my ideas were for my leaflet and radio advertisements, this way once my audience was to hear they could give me feedback on what to improve in my leaflet and radio. I had shown what evidence and research I had done to create the best information for the right audience, this would make it a lot easier to give to those who need it as it was the main focus. As well as showing ideas I had put in what fonts, colours and how id structure my leaflet/radio to appear like to the audience, with this as well my audience in my pitch can give feedback on whether they'd be a good choice for my audience. I wanted to show what the two different prints can show and to be heard as, as well as showing the pros in these advertisements, giving reasons to why it's a good source of products. I ended my PowerPoint with why I'd think it'd be a successful campaign. Lastly I completely ...

Investigation and analysis

Image
In my slide for researching the client, I used multiple different websites contained by the NHS to find every bit of information out about them. Opening my mind up more about what they are like and how they would usually advertise their campaigns as well as finding out their typical audience so I can attract them to have a look at their newer campaign. For researching into the subject, I included three different advertisements to have an understanding of the difference put into it, also being able to see how limited they are with giving information to the audience. all around they all got to the point rather than dragging it on for too long or not being clear about the topic spoken about. this helps me have an understanding of how I'd structure my leaflet and radio. As well as adding in what type of exercise and diets my age group receive to be given that is suitable for them. Adding in a more further in deep analysed description of both print and TV advert. Being able to e...

AC1 Skills development: interpreting the brief

Image
Interpreting brief Within my  interpreting brief  I have been able to show the identifications of the  Client, Context, Audience, Requirements and Purpose  of the campaign. I have added in  boldness  of the fonts and  underlining  to be able to specify the main keys towards the brief. To get further information and a background on the campaign I looked on  Better Health - NHS (www.nhs.uk) , I also write down my ideas in my notepad to make sure that the information giving is up to standards with the requirements given. Other ideas able to do for the campaign is to produce  Tv advert, Radio advert or any other advertisements (for e.g. posters or leaflets.)   Images used is other  NHS  advertisements to promote other campaigns they have.
